- Any accessories or original packaging are missing

5. Shipping & Courier Charges
- All courier/shipping charges must be paid by the customer, even during the return or warranty period.
- We are not responsible for any damage caused during transit when the customer arranges shipping.

- If it is found that the issue was caused due to customer fault, misuse, or physical damage, the return or refund request will be rejected.
7. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed only after inspection approval.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- If the replacement product is unavailable, an alternative solution will be provided at our discretion.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
